What data we process and why

When you place an order, we record your name, phone number and the order details. We need your phone number to contact you and to send you a text message when the order is ready. We use the data only to handle the order (performance of a contract), for accounting (legal obligation) and to handle any complaint (legitimate interest). We do not sell it or use it for advertising.

Who has access to it

Our staff and IT service providers (server, text messages), who may work with it only on our behalf. Some of them may process the data outside the EU, always with safeguards under the GDPR.

How long we keep it

Three years after the order is completed; accounting records for the period required by law.

Google Business Profile

We use the connection to our business profile on Google only to update our opening hours. We do not share data from Google with other parties or use it for anything else, in line with the Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use). Access can be revoked at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

This website

This website has no forms or user accounts. If you choose “Accept” in the bar at the bottom of the page, we use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking (provider Google Ireland Ltd.; data may be transferred to the USA under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework). The pages also include an embedded Google Maps map.

You can change your consent at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the website footer.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or portability, and you can object. Just write to us or call. You can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.gov.cz).
